We accept PNG with transparent background, SVG, PDF vector, AI, and PSD files. For raster artwork (PNG, PSD), we strongly recommend a minimum resolution of 300 DPI at 100% intended print scale.

Low-resolution screenshots (72 DPI) or images downloaded from web previews can produce pixelated or blurry edges. For vectors (SVG, AI, PDF), make sure all fonts are converted to curves/outlines.

NO! Please upload your artwork exactly as you want it to appear on the final garment.

Our automated RIP software mirrors all artwork automatically during the prepress phase. If you pre-mirror your artwork before uploading, it will print in reverse and read backwards on your finished t-shirt.

DTF printers print your colored CMYK pixels first, immediately followed by an opaque 200% high-density white ink underbase behind all visible artwork.

This allows your graphics to pop with vivid contrast whether applied to jet-black hoodies, pure white tees, or heather red blends. You never have to create a separate white layer — our RIP handles it automatically.

Yes! That is the biggest superpower of DTF over screen printing or vinyl. You can print photorealistic portraits, complex gradients, neon glows, and micro-fine lines as thin as 1–2 pixels without any vinyl weeding or separation fees.

Recommended settings for standard commercial garments:

• 100% Cotton & Blends: 305°F – 315°F (150°C – 160°C) for 12 to 15 seconds at Medium-to-Firm pressure (60 PSI).
• 100% Polyester & Spandex: 280°F – 290°F (140°C) for 10 to 12 seconds to prevent dye migration.
• Heavy Canvas & Workwear: 315°F for 15 seconds at Firm pressure.
• Second Press / Lock-in: Place parchment paper or teflon sheet over the design and press for an additional 5 seconds to achieve a buttery-soft, matte finish.

We use premium instant hybrid film (Hot & Cold Peel). You can peel the carrier film immediately while hot right off the heat press platen, wait until it is warm, or allow it to cool completely.

For high-production print shops doing hundreds of shirts per hour, instant hot peel saves huge amounts of labor time.

Our transfers are lab-tested for 60+ commercial wash cycles without cracking, fading, or peeling when pressed according to instructions. The TPU adhesive powder provides incredible natural elasticity that stretches and recovers with athletic fabrics.

A standard flat commercial heat press is strongly recommended because DTF adhesive requires consistent, high pressure (approx. 50–60 PSI) across the entire graphic.

A household hand iron is not recommended due to uneven heating holes and lack of calibrated pressure. If using an EasyPress, lean down with significant body weight for the full duration.

All print-ready orders placed and uploaded before 12:00 PM EST Monday through Friday ship the exact same day from our Carolina manufacturing facility!

Yes! You can choose Local Pickup at checkout. You will receive an automated notification as soon as your rolls or transfer sheets are inspected, boxed, and ready at our front desk.

A gang sheet is a continuous 22-inch-wide roll where you can arrange dozens or hundreds of different graphics, chest logos, sleeve prints, and neck tags in whatever arrangement you like.

Because you pay by total sheet length rather than per individual design, gang sheets dramatically reduce your per-print production costs (often to under $0.50 per chest graphic!).

Custom Gang Sheets have NO minimum order quantity! You can order a single 22"x12" sheet or continuous rolls up to 300+ feet.

For individual cut-to-size prints (from our DTF By Size collection), the minimum order is just 5 pieces.

Yes! Print shops, screen printers, and registered apparel resellers can submit their state resale certificate on our Tax Exemption page to be marked tax-exempt on all wholesale orders.

Standard DTF is formulated with heat-activated TPU adhesive for fabric application using a heat press.

UV DTF transfers are printed with UV-curable inks and high-gloss 3D varnish directly onto adhesive film. They are peel-and-stick decals for hard, non-porous surfaces (tumblers, glass, ceramic, metal, wood, acrylic, hard plastic). No heat press is required!

Yes! UV DTF transfers are completely waterproof, scratch-resistant, and UV-fade proof. While gentle hand washing is recommended for maximum lifespan on drinkware, they feature extreme industrial-grade bonding once squeegeed down.
