At DTF Carolina, we work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the order details and artwork requirements. If there is an issue with your uploaded design, file format, size, or image quality, our team may contact you before production begins.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS with tracking information provided once your order has been shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow your package's progress.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Delays
DTF Carolina is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact us for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take care to package orders securely before shipment. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the package is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery procedures.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged package and products so that we can assist you.
